UPWARD BASKETBALL EVALUATIONS

Deadline is November 2
For girls and boys in 1st-6th grade
Games will begin in January
Cost: $70

Games will be played on Saturdays in Jan-Feb.
Evaluations will be held Nov 7,8,10; 5:30-7:30p (each player must attend one evaluation)
*Every child must attend at least one evaluation.
If you have more than one child that are in different age groups, you may choose which date.

Upward Evaluations
Each child must attend one of the following. If you have more than one child in different age groups, you may choose which date.

Monday Nov 7 1-2nd grades 5:30 – 7:30
Tuesday Nov 8th 3-4th grades 5:30 -7:30
Thursday Nov 10th 5 – 6th grades 5:30 – 7:30
