As the church has grown in membership and square footage, the congregation continues to impact Brookhaven, Lincoln County and beyond with the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. During the COVID pandemic of 2020, First Baptist began preparations for renovating the Education Building from 1955. The Today, Tomorrow, Together campaign provided necessary infrastructure related improvements to prepare for these renovations. Roofs, HVAC, Brick Pointing, Painting, etc aren't the most glamorous of improvements but once again proves First Baptist's commitment to the future of the church. The 1955 Education Building is the final building that requires renovation. Planning, preparation, and prayer are happening now. Stay tuned for big things in 2025.
