2026 UPWARD BASKETBALL REGISTRATION

The deadline is October 31st (Unless space is filled before. Registration will close once full.)

For girls and boys in 1st-6th grade
Cost: $90
Games will begin on Saturday Jan. 5, 2026 
Evaluations will be held Nov 3,4, & 6; 6:30-7:30p (come & go)
*If you have more than one child that are in different age groups, you may choose which date.

Upward Evaluations
Each child must attend one of the following evaluations (anytime between 6-7:30). If you have more than one child in different age groups, you may choose which date.  (Located in the Family Life Center/Gym)
Monday Nov 3rd: 1-2nd grades, 6:00-7:30p
Tuesday Nov4th: 3-4th grades, 6:00-7:30p
Thursday Nov 6th:  5 – 6th grades, 6:00-7:30p
