Upward Basketball Registration Deadline
The deadline is October 31st (Unless space is filled before. Registration will close once full.)
For girls and boys in 1st-6th grade
Cost: $80
Games will be played on Saturdays in Jan-Feb.
Evaluations will be held Nov 6,7, & 9; 6-8:00p (come & go)
*If you have more than one child that are in different age groups, you may choose which date.
Upward Evaluations
Each child must attend one of the following evaluations (anytime between 6-8:00p). If you have more than one child in different age groups, you may choose which date. (Located in the Family Life Center/Gym)
Monday Nov 6 1-2nd grades, 6-8:00p
Tuesday Nov 7th 3-4th grades, 6-8:00p
Thursday Nov 9th 5 – 6th grades, 6-8:00p
